 SCHOOL HOURS

9.15 am. to 3.35 pm. Students will not be left off during the school hours.

 

ATTENDENCE

  1. No pupil shall be eligible for promotion unless he/she puts in an attendance of at least 85% of the total number of working days in the academic year and unless he/she gets at least 45% marks in every subject.
  2. Parents / guardian will be responsible for the regular at­tendance of their wards.
  3. Regular attendance is compulsory. No student should be absent from class without sufficient reason. Attendance on the opening day & Closing day is compulsory. Permis­sion is required in exceptional cases. In case of illness, leave application with necessary certificate dully filled in by the parents is essential.
  4. Pupils are discouraged from habitual late coming and from examination without sufficient reason.

 

ARRIVAL AFTER VACATION

Boarders have to report the school before 5 pm. on the previous day of re-opening, students reporting late will be levied Rs. 100 Rs. for each day of absence.
